Who we are

Seturos is provided by Seturos, Inc., a Wyoming corporation, of 1810 E Sahara Ave STE 75057, Las Vegas, NV 89104, United States (“Seturos”, “we”). You can reach us at [email protected].

Early access

Seturos is in early access. It works, and it is changing: features may be added, changed or removed, and the service may sometimes be unavailable while we improve it.

Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose. You can export everything you carried from the web app at any time.

Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old, and if you use Seturos for an organisation, you must be allowed to accept these terms for it.
• Keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for the people you invite.
• An organisation’s administrators can see and manage its members, projects and settings.

Your content

What you carry, upload or write in Seturos stays yours. You give us permission to store, process and display it only as needed to run Seturos for you and the people you share it with, including sending it to the model provider you or your organisation choose, when you ask for something that needs one.

We do not sell your content, use it for advertising, or train models on it. How we handle it is described in the privacy policy.

Your model keys and connected tools

Seturos works with tools you already use: AI chat tools, coding tools, work apps and model providers. Your use of them stays under their own terms. When you add a model key, calls made with it are billed to you by that provider. We are not responsible for those services, their availability, or what they do with what you send them directly.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Seturos to:

• break the law, or infringe anyone else’s rights;
• read or carry content you are not allowed to access;
• try to get into accounts, organisations or data that are not yours, or test our security outside the rules on the security page;
• overload, disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, or resell it without our agreement.

Plans and payment

The Free plan costs nothing and does not expire. Its limits are listed on the pricing section of this site.

A new account starts with a free trial: Pro for a personal workspace, Team for an organization. During early access the first 1,000 people and the first 50 organizations get 45 days; later accounts get 14. No card is taken, and no trial ends before paid plans have been available for 14 days. When a trial ends the workspace moves to Free; nothing is charged and nothing is deleted.

Paid plans are charged at the price shown when you choose one, monthly or annually, plus any applicable tax. During early access nobody is charged without choosing a paid plan. If we change a price, we will tell you before it applies to your next billing period.

You can cancel at any time. How cancelling works, and when we refund, is on the cancellation and refunds page.

Ending your use

You can stop using Seturos and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other people or the service at risk; where we can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to export your data.

No warranty

Seturos is provided “as is”, especially during early access. Answers and briefs Seturos produces, and anything a model writes from them, can be wrong, so check them before you rely on them. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties not stated in these terms.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for Seturos in the 12 months before the claim, or US$100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, and disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts located in the State of Wyoming, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring them elsewhere.

Changes to these terms

We will update the date at the top when these terms change, and tell account holders by email about changes that matter. If you keep using Seturos after a change takes effect, the new terms apply.
